To make sure you have best experience possible, we recommend using the latest non-beta version of one of the following browsers:
• Mozilla Firefox
• Google Chrome
• Safari
• Microsoft Edge
We support the current and previous major releases of Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Safari on a rolling basis. Each time a new version is released, we begin supporting that version and stop supporting the third most recent version. At SlickPic, we’re committed to developing web applications that go beyond the limits of traditional software. Our engineering teams make use of new capabilities available in modern, up-to-date browsers. That’s why we support only modern browsers, which also provide improved security and performance.
If you elect not to upgrade your browser, your experience may not be optimal. Some site features won’t function as expected. Regardless of your browser type, you must have JavaScript and cookies enabled to use SlickPic.
If you’re using a supported browser, but a site feature doesn’t work:
• Clear the Browser Cache and Restart the Browser. (How To Clear Browser’s Cache: http://goo.gl/Eod7R4)
• You may be using an extension that interferes with browser detection. Try disabling your browser extensions to resolve the problem.
• Download the latest browser version using the links above and try again.
• Try using a different browser as a temporary workaround solution.
If that doesn’t work, please provide the following information when you contact us:
• An explanation of the issue.
• Identify the browser and version you were using.
• Identify the operating system and version on your computer.
• A screenshot of your issue.
Please be aware that there may be a delay in our support of the new browser release while we conduct a review to ensure it meets our security standards. We normally get the testing done within a few days of a new browser version being released if not before.
